Pea soup with mint

When it's hot outside and you already ate salad the whole week : make some fresh pea soup!

Ingredients

Number of serving: 2
9 oz peas (250 gr)

1 cup cold stock (20 cl)

1 tbsp sour cream


pepper



For the decoration :

1 tsp olive oil

1 tsp feta cheese

Preparation

  • Step 1 - Pea soup with mint
    With a plunging mixer, mix the peas and the cold broth together.
  • Step 2 - Pea soup with mint
    Add sour cream, salt and pepper and mix again.
  • Step 3 - Pea soup with mint
    If you want, add some mint to the preparation and mix again.
  • Step 4 - Pea soup with mint
    Put your soup in the fridge for 15 minutes.
  • Step 5 - Pea soup with mint
    Add some olive oil and feta on top for fresher taste.
