Warm the oil in a big pot at medium heat
When it's hot, add directly the garlic cloves.
When it starts to smell, add the bread, and stir until soaked and golden
Then add paprika
Add water quickly, as bread can become bitter, salt, and stir.
Simmer for 15 minutes, then have a taste to be sure that everything is properly cooked and spiced
Once it has simmered, lower the heat and add the egg. Stir gently to break the yolk and to mix it well to the mixture. Let it cook for approximately 2 minutes then take the pot off the heat.

Serve it hot, and add some croutons for instance !
