These spring rolls with marinated beef will be perfect for your lunch ! You can put tem in your lunch box and eat them anywhere you want !

Preparation
Cut the beef into strips. Mix with soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds, honey, ginger. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Cook for about 5 minutes in a hot pan and leave to cool down.
Soak rice vermicelli into hot water for 4 minutes. Then drain, and keep them close. Leave to cool down.
After peeling the carrot, use your peeler to peel strips into it. Wash the lettuce. In a dish filled with warm water, soak a rice wrapper for around 10 seconds.
Put the beef strips on the rice wrapper. Add carrots and then the rice vermicelli. Add the lettuce on top.
To roll, start with the edge of your wrapper. When you get at the middle, fold back the sides, then finish to roll it.
Your spring rolls are ready, you can dip them in nuoc-mâm sauce !
