  • Spring rolls - marinated beef - Preparation step 1Cut the beef into strips. Mix with soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds, honey, ginger. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.

  • Spring rolls - marinated beef - Preparation step 3Soak rice vermicelli into hot water for 4 minutes. Then drain, and keep them close. Leave to cool down.
  • Spring rolls - marinated beef - Preparation step 4After peeling the carrot, use your peeler to peel strips into it. Wash the lettuce. In a dish filled with warm water, soak a rice wrapper for around 10 seconds.
