- Melt Butter in a Pan. Add the carrots and peas and cook for about 5 minutes until soft.
- Add the oatmeal and fry for a minute or two.
- Add salt and pepper and add water.
- Bring it to a boil and let it simmer on a slow flame for about 5 minutes.
- Ready to be served. This is a hearty soup. Can be served as is.
