There is no easier bread than this - you can have it mixed and in the pans in 10 minutes and after an hour or so of rising, your house will begin to be filled with the heavenly aroma of freshly baked bread, and for very little effort. The result is exactly what it sounds like - a bread with the taste and texture of really fine English Muffins - all holey and moist inside with a nice crisp crust.
