Food tripping time
My serving for today is this special chopsuey. Shrimps, chicken&pork liver and squid sautéed in onions and garlic. Stir then add some water and let boil for 5 minutes. Add vegetables- carrots, young corn, cabbage, cauliflower, cabbage, mushroom and boiled quail eggs. Manage the taste by dash of salt and pepper. To make the sauce thicker, dissolved two tablespoons of flour in warm water then pour on while it is simmering. Mix well then add some garnishing of leeks. This is a healthy and yummy meal perfect for servings.
