Macaroni Gosht
Macaroni Gosht Ingredients½ kg Mutton boneless 1 cup Boiled macaroni 2 Cloves 2 Bay leaves 2 Tomatoes cut into rings 2 Eggs beaten 3 Potatoes (cut into thin rounds and fried) 1 Cinnamon inch piece 1 tsp Chili powder heaped 1 tsp Black pepper 1 tsp All spice powder 1 tsp Salt 2 tbsp Butter 2 tbsp Cashew nut grinded Ingredients for Hara Masala 6 Green chilies 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste 3 tbsp Coriander leaves Directions Method for Hara Masala,Grind all together and keep aside. Marinate ½ kg boneless mutton with Hara Masala, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp all spice and leave for few minutes. Heat 2 tbsp butter add 1 tsp whole spices and 2 tbsp cashew nut paste with marinated mutton, simmer on low flame add 1 cup water, cover and cook till mutton tender and gravy is thick. Place in a oven proof dish with 1 cup boiled macaroni, topped with 2 sliced tomatoes, round slices of 3 fried potatoes, coriander leaves, pour 2 beaten egg on top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and 1 tbsp butter. Bake for 20 minutes on 180 degrees till eggs are set. related searches : Macaroni
