Preparation:Take the peas,ginger garlic paste,green chilli,salt,coriander leaves in a mixer and make it into a coarse puree.Tip this into a bowl.
Add in gram flour,breadcrumbs and mix well.
Form into pattice as per your liking and shallow fry in oil till crispy.
For assembling the burger,toast your buns and Place this burger pattice over it and top with sliced onions,tomatoes and squeeze some lemon juice.
Cover with the other half of the bun and dig in straight away or wrap it in foil and take to picnic.
