Ingredients:
Ingredients (makes 12 pastries):
2 pkg puff pastry (2 x 275 g)
500 g minced meat
2 onions (small)
3 garlic cloves
salt
pepper
olive oil

Preparation:
Chop onions. Fry in olive oil. Fry minced meat, add salt and pepper (to taste), then add chopped garlic and fry for another 1-2 minutes. Set aside. Let cool.
Cut pastry into squares , then add on each a spoonful of meat, then stick the pastry corners to the middle, stick with beaten egg. Bake at 180 C for about 20 minutes, until the pastries are golden brown.
Serve warm or cold. Serve with green salad and sour cream.
