I literally had no idea what the end product was going to be on this. I started cooking and every 3 minutes I changed my mind till it started looking right. If you've been cooking for a decade or two, I'm sure you could agree that sometimes that's just how it goes! It was surprisingly AWESOME tasting though. No really. 

So chop up 1/2 large onion. Get your rice going- however much you need. This
