Ingredients:
* 1/4 lb ground beef
* 1 Cup Chopped Onion (White or Brown)
* 1 Cup diced Carrots
* 1 Clove minced Garlic
* 1/4 Cup Vegetable oil
* 1 Can Red Kidney Beans, Drained
* 1 Can 28oz Can Tomatoes
* 8 Cups beef Stock
* 2 Cups Shredded Cabbage
* 1 cup UNCOOKED spaghetti, broken into 2" long pieces
* Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparation:
Add your oil in a 8qt pot or large dutch over. Brown the beef first, Then Onions, Add your garlic, and cook. Add vegetables, stock and spices to pot, Bring to a light boil and let boil for about 30 to 45 minutes. Add your cabbage and spaghetti. Reduce heat to a simmer. (Simmer is when you have a bubble come up every second,) Simmer for approx. 20 to 30 minutes.
