What is more beautiful than a blooming bread to serve during dinners ? And this one is more than pretty since it's tasty as well !

Ingredients

• 1 round bread
• 5 ounces sharp cheddar
• 2 to 3 tablespoons pesto
• 4 to 6 sundried tomatoes

Preparation

• Slice the bread, leaving a bottom margin
• Turn it 90° then slice it again
  
• Put slices of cheese between each "petal"
• With a knife, apply some pesto between the slices
  
• Then add some minced sundried tomatoes
• Bake for 10 min at 360°F
  There you are !
