Observations

How long can I keep confit cherry tomatoes?
Maximum 3 days in refrigerator in a airtight container.

What can I use instead of oregano?
Air fryer confit cherry tomatoes can also be prepared with thyme. If you prefer you can also use both herbs.

Can I use brown sugar to prepare confit cherry tomatoes?
Yes, of course!

Can I prepare confit tomatoes in the oven?.
Sure. If you don't have an air fryer, you can safely use the oven but the cooking time will be longer. If you like them well caramelized we suggest you try baking at 300°F (150°C) for 2 hours (remember to keep an eye on it because every oven can bake differently)
