Ingredients

Number of serving: 4
Makai (maize) - 1.5 cups finely crushed or ground

Paneer - 1 cup grated or crumbled

Milk - 1/4 cup

Onion - 1/2 cup

Green chillies - 2-3, finely chopped

Besan (chickpea flour) - 1/2 cup

Haldi (turmeric powder) - 1/2 tsp

Dhaniya (coriander) powder - 3/4 tsp

Jeera (cumin) powder - 3/4 tsp

Amchur (Dry Mango) powder - 1/2 tsp

Anardana (Dry Ground grenade) powder - 2 tsp

Coriander - 1 // 4 cup

Salt - by taste

Oil - for frying

Preparation

  • Take a nonstick pan with 1 tablespoon oil and add ground coffee c0rn in it.
  • Sauté for about 4 minutes.
  • Add milk and cook until a few minutes.
  • Remove from heat and let cool.
  • Once fried corn dough is cooled path, add the remaining ingredients to it (except the oil for frying).
  • Take a spoonful of dough and drop slowly in hot oil.
  • Fry the donuts pakodas until they are golden brown and drain on paper towels before serving.
