Mini cheese breads coming straight from Brazil ! Perfect as appetizers ! Plus they are gluten free so let's make this recipe !

- Put milk + oil in a pan and bring to boil.
- Pour the boiling milk + oil in a bowl with tapioca starch + salt. Knead until combined.
- Add emmental + parmesan and knead until combined.
- Add eggs and knead again. (The kneader is optionnal, you can also combine it all whithout it).
- Form mini balls with the dough (walnut size).
- Put the balls on a baking paper. Bake 20 min at 350°F (180°C).
- There you are, your pão de queijo are ready !

Observations
Cheese : We used emmental and parmesan but the real Brazilian recipe uses Meia Cura cheese.
Tapioca starch : The Brazilian recipe uses polvilho azedo.
