Pão de queijo, brazilian cheese bread
Mini cheese breads coming straight from Brazil ! Perfect as appetizers ! Plus they are gluten free so let's make this recipe !

Put milk + oil in a pan and bring to boil.
Pour the boiling milk + oil in a bowl with tapioca starch + salt. Knead until combined.
Add emmental + parmesan and knead until combined.
Add eggs and knead again. (The kneader is optionnal, you can also combine it all whithout it).
Form mini balls with the dough (walnut size).
Put the balls on a baking paper. Bake 20 min at 350°F (180°C).
There you are, your pão de queijo are ready !
Observations
Cheese : We used emmental and parmesan but the real Brazilian recipe uses Meia Cura cheese.
Tapioca starch : The Brazilian recipe uses polvilho azedo.
