Rice paper rolls wrapped with sengkuang
Preparation

Fry ginger in olive oil. Add in black fungus and mushrooms and fry for 1 minute.

Add in vegetarian ikan bilis and sengkuang.

Cover and continue cooking until sengkuang is soft and turns juicy.

Bring a pot of water to boil. Dip a pc of rice paper until soft, about 1/2 minute.

Bring out and place on a plate.

Apply some sweet soya bean paste and some lingham chilli sauce on it.

Place a tablespoonful of the sengkuang mixture and wrap immediately and serve.
