Slice the pita bread in half. Put one slice on the serving plate, and spread a little bit of cream cheese on it.
Peel and thinly slice the cucumber. Arrange a few slices on the pita bread.
Then place a slice of smoked salmon. Repeat this process by placing another half of pita bread on top, spreading cream cheese, cucumber, and salmon.
Once you have placed your last slice of pita bread, spread the remaining cream cheese all around the cake. You shouldn't see any ingredients sticking out.
Cut the chives in half, then stick them around the cake.
Decorate with cucumber slices and cherry tomatoes. You can also add slices of radish, bean sprouts, or any other elements you like!
