  • Step 1 - Cookie cake with chocolate chips
    Combine softened butter with brown sugar and white sugar until creamy.
  • Step 2 - Cookie cake with chocolate chips
    Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix well.
  • Step 3 - Cookie cake with chocolate chips
    Add flour, baking soda and salt flower and combine. Then, add 1.5 cups chocolate chips and combine.
  • Step 4 - Cookie cake with chocolate chips
    Put a wax paper sheet in the bottom of the mould, grease the mould, and spread the dough in the bottom. Add 0.5 cup chocolate chips on top.
  • Step 5 - Cookie cake with chocolate chips
    Bake the cookie cake for 30 min at 320°F (160°C).
  • Step 6 - Cookie cake with chocolate chips
    Remove from oven, leave to cool down, unmold and enjoy !
