Ingredients

Number of serving: 10
9x13 cake of your choice

vanilla frosting or tub of cool whip


1/2 pint strawberries, chilled or frozen

Preparation

  • Bake cake according to directions and frost when partially cooled. Chill iced cake in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
  • In the top corner of the pan make your 'stars' out of your blueberries. If you have small ones it will be easy to put 50 on there.
  • Slice strawberries in half and cut off tops. Start at the very bottom of the cake and make one 'stripe' of strawberries .
  • Make sure to leave a white stripe under the blueberries and make another stripe of strawberries below that.
  • One stripe will go at the top of the cake pan and another will be equal to the bottom line of the blueberries.
