Crustless cheesecake delicious and super easy to make!
You know our love for cheesecakes of all kinds, right? :-) Well today we're tackling a super simple version of this New York dessert, since there's simply no crust! And yes, you will only have to bake the cheesecake mixture, which will itself form a light golden "crust" around the cake, for an ultra-delicious sweet break ;-) We guarantee that you won't resist it!

Preparation
- Whip the cream cheese at room temperature with the sugar with an electric mixer. You can also use a whisk.
- Add the eggs, vanilla and lemon and mix well again.
- Finally, incorporate the flour to obtain a homogeneous batter.
- Pour the batter into a lined and greased springform pan.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 40 minutes.
Stick a pick in it to check the cooking and extend it a little if necessary. - Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool for about 4 hours, first at room temperature then in the refrigerator before unmolding and enjoying!
