You know our love for cheesecakes of all kinds, right? :-) Well today we're tackling a super simple version of this New York dessert, since there's simply no crust! And yes, you will only have to bake the cheesecake mixture, which will itself form a light golden "crust" around the cake, for an ultra-delicious sweet break ;-) We guarantee that you won't resist it!

  • Springform pan 7 inches (18 cm) diameter
  • Electric mixer

Preparation

    Whip the cream cheese at room temperature with the sugar with an electric mixer. You can also use a whisk.

    Add the eggs, vanilla and lemon and mix well again.

    Finally, incorporate the flour to obtain a homogeneous batter.

    Pour the batter into a lined and greased springform pan.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 40 minutes.
