Ingredients

Number of serving: 2
Milk : Half Cup

Water : 1 and half Cups

Cardamoms: 2 pods

Black Cardamom : 1 pod

Cloves: 2 pieces

Peppercorns: 1 piece

Tea : 1 teaspoon, Orange pekoe "Taj Mahal" or "Brook Bond "Red Label"

Preparation

  • Two make to cups of Fvt Chai, take 1 and half cups of water in a pan and bring it to boil.
  • Add tea leaves now and let them boil in water for 3-4 minutes.
  • At this point add Black Cardamom, Crushed pepper corns and Cinnamon to the boiling tea pot.
  • To two tea cups add a Clove each and sieve tea over it.
