Homemade oat milk (easy, quick, and economical!)

Stop buying your plant-based drinks in stores - make them yourself! With this recipe for homemade oat milk, we're proving that it's super easy, super fast, and, above all, super cheap! Don't throw away the blended oats! Also known as "okara", use it in cookie recipes in combination with almond flour to replace regular flour, for example ;-) Here we go with the steps and quantities:

- 1 reusable filter bag (or clean cloth)
Preparation
- In a blender, blend the cold water and rolled oats for 1 minute.
- Place a filter bag in a bowl and pour the mixture into it. Squeeze until there is no liquid left in the bag.
- And there you have it, your oat milk is ready! All you have to do is pour it into a bottle and store it in a cool place for 1 week.

Observations
My milk is thick: it's probably because the water wasn't cold enough. Feel free to add a little more to your bottle and stir to obtain the right texture.
Additional flavors: to vary the pleasures, don't hesitate to add cocoa powder, cinnamon, or sugar to your drink.
