  • Gazelle horns, North African treats - Preparation step 1Mix and knead all the ingredients for the dough. Form a ball, wrap it in plastic foil and put in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
  • Gazelle horns, North African treats - Preparation step 2Mix together all the ingredients of the almond filling. It shouldn't be too dry, so add some orange blossom water if that is the case. Form sausage shaped little balls and put them aside.
  • Gazelle horns, North African treats - Preparation step 3Once the dough has rested enough, take a little ball of it. Spread some oil on your hands, and strech out the dough finely.
