Ingredients

- Carrots - 3-4 (sliced)
- Onion - 1no - medium (sliced)
- Green Chilies- 1-2 nos (split into 2)
- Red Chili Powder ½ teaspoon
- Turmeric Powder- ¼ teaspoon
- Garam Masala- ½ teaspoon
- Black Pepper- 2-3 crushed (optional)
- Salt
- Mustard Seeds - ½ teaspoon
- Curry Leaves- 8-10
- Oil- 2 tablespoons
- Water

Preparation

Step 1

In a wok, heat oil, add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Add the sliced onions and green chilies and fry it till the onion turns pink.

Step 2

Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, black pepper powder and salt to this and stir well allowing the masala to cook.

Step 3

Add the sliced carrots to this and mix well. Sprinkle a little water on this, cover n cook for 10-15 minutes.

Step 4

Stir well for another 4-5 minutes and its ready.
