Charlotte di zucchine (zucchini charlotte)


Ingredients

- 5 potatoes
- 5 zucchini
- 250 ml cream
- salt and pepper and grated parmesan

Preparation

Step 1

Cut potatoes and cook them in hot and salt water for 10 minutes, then you have to smash them as a purè.

Step 2

Cut zucchini in slices and boil them in hot and salt water for 2 minutes.

Step 3

Cut in dices the remain zucchini and cook in a pan with some oil for 10 minutes; than add cream and grated parmesan and pepper.

Step 4

Mix zucchini misture and purè. Lined a pan with slices of zucchini and than pour the purè.

Step 5

Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C. Seved warm
