- Cook rice, as directed .
- Thaw peas and carrots, set aside.
- Softly scramble eggs in medium skillet or wok. Set aside in small dish.Add oil to pan, then stir in scallions, garlic, carrots and peas, soy sauce; cook about 2 minutes.
- Add in scrambled egg, combine thoroughly.Stir in cooked rice.
- Combine well. Serve.*Alterna*Alternately you could add stir fried meat of your choice to this dish and have a whole meal.*
