  • Cook rice, as directed .
  • Thaw peas and carrots, set aside.
  • Softly scramble eggs in medium skillet or wok. Set aside in small dish.Add oil to pan, then stir in scallions, garlic, carrots and peas, soy sauce; cook about 2 minutes.
  • Add in scrambled egg, combine thoroughly.Stir in cooked rice.
  • Combine well. Serve.*Alterna*Alternately you could add stir fried meat of your choice to this dish and have a whole meal.*
