Lean pork soup with arrowroot (kudzu) and octopus

Ingredients

• 900 gm pueraria root / arrowroot / Kudzu
• 19 gm dried oysters
• 300 gm lean pork
• 1 dried octopus
• 2 sprigs coriander
• Salt to taste

My adaptation:

• 500 gm arrowroot /pueraria root /kudzu
• 300 gm pork loin
• 1 dried octopus
• 1 Tbsp dried mussels
• 1 sprig coriander
• 2.5L water
• 1 tsp salt
