- Rinse pork, cut into smaller pieces and scald it in boiling water for 1 minute.
- Peel radishes and carrots, cut into chunks. Rinse the almonds and date.
- Bring 2.5L water to a boil, and put everything in, except salt.
- Bring to a boil and lower heat to simmer for 2 hours.
- Season with salt and serve.
