Mangosteen and Dried Persimmon Soup with Pork

Preparation

Wash and remove hair from pork. Blanch in boiling water and rinse. Wash dried persimmons and Lo-Han-Kuo.

Soak and clean dried tangerine peel. Put pork, dried persimmons, Lo-han-kuo, dried tangerine peel and ginger in pot.

Add suitable amount of water. Boil over medium heat for 3 hours. Stir in seasoning. Serve hot.
