Ingredients

Number of serving: 4
Oats:1 cup

Potato:1,boiled

Salt to taste

Red chilli powder:1/2 teaspoon

Pepper powder:1/2 teaspoon

Semolina/rava:2 tablepsoons

Onion:1,small,chopped

Water as required

Oil for frying

Preparation

  • Put the oats in a small bowl and pour required hot water over the oats. The oats will get cooked..(Add water enough to wet the oats).
  • Now mash the boiled potato and add the red chilli powder,semolina and pepper powder to this and mix well.
  • Now chop the onion finely and add this to the oats mixture. Now make small patties out of this mixture and coat on either sides with powdered rusk.
  • Heat oil in a non-stick pan and fry them in oil till golden brown.
