  • Pad thai with tofu - Preparation step 1Cook your noodles in boiling water.
  • Pad thai with tofu - Preparation step 2Prepare sauce : mix brown sugar + soy sauce + rice vinegar + lime juice + fish sauce.
  • Pad thai with tofu - Preparation step 3Pour oil in a hot pan / wok. Add tofu cut into cubes and cook for about 5 minutes (until brown).
  • Pad thai with tofu - Preparation step 4Set aside and reuse the pan/wok. Add bell peppers and carrots cut into sticks. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Pad thai with tofu - Preparation step 5Add chopped garlic and green onions and bean sprouts. Sauté 1-2 minutes.
  • Pad thai with tofu - Preparation step 6Push the veggies to the edges of your pan/wok. Crack eggs in the center. Scramble until cooked.
  • Pad thai with tofu - Preparation step 7Add cooked noodles, grilled tofu and sauce and stir.
  • Pad thai with tofu - Preparation step 8Serve with fresh cilantro, fried onions, grilled peanuts and a lime wedge ! There you are, your pad thai is ready :D
