Pad thai with tofu

- Cook your noodles in boiling water.
- Prepare sauce : mix brown sugar + soy sauce + rice vinegar + lime juice + fish sauce.
- Pour oil in a hot pan / wok. Add tofu cut into cubes and cook for about 5 minutes (until brown).
- Set aside and reuse the pan/wok. Add bell peppers and carrots cut into sticks. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add chopped garlic and green onions and bean sprouts. Sauté 1-2 minutes.
- Push the veggies to the edges of your pan/wok. Crack eggs in the center. Scramble until cooked.
- Add cooked noodles, grilled tofu and sauce and stir.
- Serve with fresh cilantro, fried onions, grilled peanuts and a lime wedge ! There you are, your pad thai is ready :D
Observations
We made it with tofu, but you can replace it with chicken or shrimps.
