- In a bowl combine, breading, flour, paprika, pepper and chili flakes.
- Dip chicken skin on by one, until covered.
- In medium heat, deep fry the chicken skin, until golden brown.
- Serve immediately, can be dipped with vinegar-garlic-chili or with gravy, spicy gravy would be great.
