Ingredients

Number of serving: 2
200 g chicken skin, cut into bite size pieces

1/2 cup breading mix

1/2 cup flour

dash of paprika

dash of pepper

dash of chili flakes

canola oil for frying

Preparation

  • In a bowl combine, breading, flour, paprika, pepper and chili flakes.
  • Dip chicken skin on by one, until covered.
  • In medium heat, deep fry the chicken skin, until golden brown.
  • Serve immediately, can be dipped with vinegar-garlic-chili or with gravy, spicy gravy would be great.
