  • Step 1 - Salmon and mustard flaky crown
    Peel the onion and garlic clove and chop it all.
  • Step 2 - Salmon and mustard flaky crown
    Cut the salmon into slices.

    Cook the onion and garlic in a pan with olive oil.
  • Step 4 - Salmon and mustard flaky crown
    Add salmon + salt + pepper.

    When the salmon is half cooked, crumble it with a fork. Stir then cook for about 5 minutes more.
  • Step 6 - Salmon and mustard flaky crown
    Pour this mix in a large bowl. Add olives + grated mozzarella + mustard.
  • Step 7 - Salmon and mustard flaky crown
    Cut the puff pastry into 16 triangles.
  • Step 8 - Salmon and mustard flaky crown
    Place a small bowl on a baking tray with parchement paper. Put the triangles around the bowl.
  • Step 9 - Salmon and mustard flaky crown
    Remove the bowl and add the salmon stuffing on top.
  • Step 10 - Salmon and mustard flaky crown
    Close the crown : roll the puff pastry around the stuffing. Wash the top with beaten egg. Add some Provence herbs and mozzarella.
  • Step 11 - Salmon and mustard flaky crown
    Bake for 20 min at 350°F (180°C). There you are, your salmon crown is ready !
