Place the tortilla on a plate.
In the center, arrange the lamb's lettuce and halved cherry tomatoes.Cut the half avocado into slices and place them under the tomatoes.
Mix all the sauce ingredients and spread it over the avocado.
Sauté the chorizo slices for about 5 minutes in a pan over low heat and add them to the wrap.
Fold the tortilla and seal it with a toothpick.
You can eat it as is or cut the wrap in half to make two small sandwiches.
