Ingredients

• 1 bundle of Soba Noodles (92g)
• 1/4 cup of butter
• 2 cloves of chopped garlic
• 2 teaspoons of parsley, chopped
• 1 teaspoon of chives, chopped
• salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

• Cook Soba noodles in boiling water for 5-7 minutes, drain and rinse noodles and set aside.
• Melt the butter on low heat on a skillet, add garlic and cook until golden, add parsley, chives, salt and pepper.
• Add the noodles to the skillet and mix the sauce well.
