Ingredients

Number of serving: 2
1/2 small cabbage

1 teaspoon sugar

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 small onion

1 garlic clove

1/2 cup walnuts chopped

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 tablespoon oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  • Place the shredded cabbage in a large bowl. Add salt, sugar, and lemon juice, and squeeze it gently with hands. Set aside for 15 minutes.
  • Add onion, garlic, walnuts, paprika, cayenne pepper and oil. Mix all the ingredients.
  • Let it macerate for 10 minutes and serve.
