Preparation
In a large saucepan, fill it with water and bring it to a boil. Add the pork in boiling water and cook for 5 minutes. Remove pork from pan and drain thoroughly.
Heat the oil in a large skillet, add the pork and stir-fry for 5 minutes. Add the mushrooms, onion and bell peppers to the skillet and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
Stir in the oyster sauce and add the bean sprouts, cook for 3-4 minutes.
