Ingredients

Number of serving: 2
2 tablespoons mushroom sauce

1 tablespoon maple syrup

1 teaspoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon light soy sauce

1/2 teaspoon dark soy sauce

1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon tapioca flour

dash of pepper

1 - 2 tablespoon water

Preparation

  • Mix all the above ingredients together to come to a paste and spread over the vegetarian duck slices. Marinate for overnight. Heat about 2 tbsp oil in pan and stir fry until sauce thicken. Leave to cook. Serve with any noodle or rice as side dish, or chopped finely and mix into fried rice or as BBQ meat for sandwiches.
