With tortillas and a little imagination, prepare a dish to share that's always a hit! After tortilla quiches, today we're transforming them into pizza-flavored rolls: a good layer of seasoned tomato coulis, melting mozzarella, a few pieces of ham and a touch of Parmesan. Roll them up, pop them in the oven and you're done! The result? Crunchy, gourmet and, above all, super-friendly bites. Perfect for a refreshing aperitif or a quick lunch.
