Stuffed mozzarella pizza crown
When you're out of ideas for appetizers with friends, stuffed mozzarella crowns are a great choice! This appetizer is perfect for birthdays, family gatherings, get-togethers with friends, Christmas, or a delicious dinner :D

- 7.5 cm diameter round cutter
- 25 cm diameter donut or crown mold

In a bowl, mix melted butter, chopped garlic, chopped parsley, and salt.
Roll out the pizza dough and cut circles with a 3-inch diameter cookie cutter.
Place a mozzarella ball inside each dough circle. Seal and form a ball.
Dip the ball in the butter and garlic mixture.
Place the balls in the crown mold. Bake for 30 minutes at 370°F (190°C) until golden.
And it's ready! Serve with a bowl of tomato sauce in the center and enjoy!
Observations
* You can fill them with your favorite cheese or pair them with your preferred sauce.
* If you don't like the garlic bread mix, you can coat the balls in pesto or any other dressing.
