Pizza crown with mozzarella

Preparation

• 
  Mix melted butter + chopped garlic + chopped parlsey + salt.
• 
  Unroll pizza dough and cut 3 inches diameter circles with a cookie cutter.
• 
  Put a mini mozzarella ball in the dough. Form a ball.
• 
  Dip the ball in the butter and garlic mix.
• 
  Put the balls in a crown mold and bake 30 min at 370°F (190°C).
• 
  Put a bowl with tomato sauce in the middle and share !
