Ginger - 1 inch piece

Onion - 1

Green Chilles -1

Turmeric Powder -1/2 tsp

Coriander Powder - 1 tsp

Garam Masala Powder -1/2 tsp

Coconut milk - from 1 big coconut or 3/4 th of the canned coconut milk.



Curry Leaves


  • In a pan heat oil and saute the chopped ginger
  • Now add the green chillies saute for few mins..
  • Now add the thinly sliced onions,saute till transparent..
  • Add in Quartered Tomatoes..
  • Add in Quartered Tomatoes..
  • Add little water and bring it to a boil.
  • Now add in the coconut milk..
