Jack fish cakes

Ingredients

• 4 oz fish  fillet
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup bread crumbs
• 1/4 cup chopped roast peppers
• 1 clove garlic minced
• 1 teaspoon chopped basil
• salt to taste
• hot pepper optional
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
