- Steam fish filet wrapped in parchment paper inside the oven with the milk and lemon for 15 minutes at 350º. When cool enough to handle remove skin and any bones left on the meat. In a mixing bowl mix fish with all the other ingredients. Form into round patties and fry in oil until brown on both sides.
