Try this delicious pear and cinnamon purée for dessert !

Ingredients

2 Tbsp water

1 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

  • Step 1 - Pear and cinnamon purée - no added sugar
    Peel and cut the pears into small cubes (remove the seeds).
  • Step 2 - Pear and cinnamon purée - no added sugar
    Put pears + water + cinnamon in a pan. Stir then bring to a boil.
    Cook on low heat during about 30 minutes.
  • Step 3 - Pear and cinnamon purée - no added sugar
    Mash the pears and leave to cool down. There you are, your pear and cinnamon purée is ready !

Observations:

You can replace cinnamon with vanilla and pears with apples.
