  • Homemade sugar pie - Preparation step 1Put the dry yeast in a bowl and add the warm milk. Leave to rest for 10 minutes at room temperature and stir.
  • Homemade sugar pie - Preparation step 2Add the flour on top, then the salt, sugar, and eggs. Knead until a smooth dough forms.
  • Homemade sugar pie - Preparation step 3Add the softened butter gradually and knead until the dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl (about 10 minutes).
