This french sugar pie with a brioche "crust" will be your favorite breakfast treat !

- Put the dry yeast in a bowl and add the warm milk. Leave to rest for 10 minutes at room temperature and stir.
- Add the flour, salt, sugar and eggs. Knead until well combined.
- Add the softened butter gradually and knead until the dough begins to stick together and come away from the sides of the bowl.
- Cover with a cloth and leave to swell 2 hours at room temperature.
- Transfer in a greased pie mold and spread the dough all over the mold surface.
- Make holes in the dough with your fingers.
- Combine eggs and cream. Pour this mix on the dough. Sprinkle the brown sugar on top. Cut the butter in tiny cubes and sprinkle them on top as well.
- Bake for 25 min at 340°F.
- There you are, your French sugar pie is ready !
