French sugar pie
This french sugar pie with a brioche "crust" will be your favorite breakfast treat !

Preparation

Put the dry yeast in a bowl and add the warm milk. Leave to rest for 10 minutes at room temperature and stir.

Add the flour, salt, sugar and eggs. Knead until well combined.

Add the softened butter gradually and knead until the dough begins to stick together and come away from the sides of the bowl.

Cover with a cloth and leave to swell 2 hours at room temperature.

Transfer in a greased pie mold and spread the dough all over the mold surface.

Make holes in the dough with your fingers.

Combine eggs and cream. Pour this mix on the dough. Sprinkle the brown sugar on top. Cut the butter in tiny cubes and sprinkle them on top as well.

Bake for 25 min at 340°F.
