    To shape the Raffaellos :
Put about a teaspoon of the cream in the palm of your hand and place an almond in the center. Next, make a ball with the palms of your hands. Repeat this step until the mixture is finished.

What drink to serve with Raffaello?
Serve them with a good cup of coffee, or tea.

How can I use these white chocolate balls?
The options are endless. Use them to decorate cakes, to make Easter eggs, or as a filling or garnish. You can also gift them or use them to make your own Advent calendar !

How do I choose the chocolate for the Raffaello?
The secret of the success of the recipe lies especially in the chocolate. Therefore, choose good quality chocolate.
