Avocado toast with poached egg

- Mash the 1/2 avocado with a fork in a bowl with olive oil and a pinch of salt and mix well.
- Crack an egg in a bowl and put aside. Boil water in a pan with a dash of vinegar. Form a whirlwind with a fork in the boiling water then pour the egg. Cook it 4 minutes, drain and put aside.
- Toast the bread. Spread the avocado on top of it and put the poached egg on top.
- Sprinkle with some sesame seeds and then cut the egg in half. That's it !
