Ingredients

3.5 oz canned chickpeas (100 gr)




Pepper

Juice of 1/2 lemon

1 Tbsp tahini

Materials

Preparation

  • Step 1 - Avocado Hummus
    Put the chickpeas, the avocado, the lemon juice, the salt, the pepper, the tahini and the parsley in a blender.
  • Step 2 - Avocado Hummus
    Blend until you have a homogeneous texture. Add lemon juice if it's still pasty.
  • Step 3 - Avocado Hummus
    Sprinkle with parsley and sesame seeds and that's it !
