This hummus is full of flavours and has a creamy texture. Perfect to impress your guests !

Ingredients

Number of serving: 4
3.5 oz canned chickpeas (100 gr)

7 oz carrots (200 gr)

1 Tbsp olive oil

1 Tbsp tahini

1/2 lemon juice


Salt

Pepper

Preparation

  • Step 1 - Carrot hummus
    Preheat your oven to 350°F. Cut the carrots into little sticks and mix them with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Bake it 20 minutes at 350°F and leave to cool down.
  • Step 2 - Carrot hummus
    Put the carrots, the chickpeas, the parsley, the lemon juice and the tahini in a blender. Season it all.
  • Step 3 - Carrot hummus
    Blend it until smooth and homogeneous. If it's too pasty, add lemon juice.
  • Step 4 - Carrot hummus
    Sprinkle with sesame seeds and that's it !
