  • Carrot hummus - Preparation step 1Preheat your oven to 350°F. Cut the carrots into little sticks and mix them with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Bake it 20 minutes at 350°F and leave to cool down.
  • Carrot hummus - Preparation step 2Put the carrots, the chickpeas, the parsley, the lemon juice and the tahini in a blender. Season it all.
  • Carrot hummus - Preparation step 3Blend it until smooth and homogeneous. If it's too pasty, add lemon juice.
  • Carrot hummus - Preparation step 4Sprinkle with sesame seeds and that's it !
