Ingredients

Number of serving: 4
4 thinly sliced top sirloin steaks

kosher salt

pepper


sliced tomato

arugula

Gorgonzola cheese

french bread, or another crusty or artisan bread

3 cloves garlic

1/4 cup olive oil

Preparation

  • Preheat skillet. Salt and pepper steaks. Drizzle pan with olive oil. Cook steak over medium heat for 1 - 2 minutes on each side.
  • Grate garlic into olive oil and stir to combine.
  • Serve steak on bread topped with sliced tomato, arugula, gorgonzola cheese and garlic olive oil.
