Ingredients

Ingredients:

• Spinach - a couple of fistfuls
• 1 tomato - sliced
• 1 orange - separated into wedges
• Toasted almonds - as much as you would like
• Toasted sesame seeds - ditto
• Vinaigrette ~
• 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
• 2 tbsps olive oil (good quality)
• 1 tbsp sesame oil
• 1 tbsp dijon mustard
• 1/2 tbsp honey
• Salt & pepper - as needed

Preparation

• 1. Mix ingredients for vinaigrette - set aside.
  
  2. Throw in all ingredients for salad into a bowl (except for almonds and sesame seeds), drizzle as much vinaigrette as you would like.
  
  3. Serve salad, and top with almonds and sesame seeds.
